How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5โ€“7 business days. Express shipping (2โ€“3 business days) is available at checkout for $12.99. All orders over $35 qualify for FREE standard shipping โ€” no code needed!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships (within 24 hours of ordering), you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to follow your package in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but contact us at support@glowroutine.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, we cannot modify orders.

Do you ship internationally?

My item arrived damaged โ€” what do I do?
